Cesar Conde is the Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer of Univisión Communications Inc., the premier Spanish-language media company in the United States. He is responsible for strategic initiatives focused on the growth and profitability of the company across all of its units, including the television, radio and interactive properties.

Cesar Conde is Chief Strategy Officer and Executive Vice President at Univisión Communications Inc. He is responsible for strategic initiatives focused on the growth and profitability of the company across all of its units, including the television, radio and interactive properties. In this capacity, he also oversees the corporate development, marketing, government relations and community affairs functions.

Prior to his work at Univision, he was appointed by President George W. Bush as one of twelve 2002-2003 White House Fellows. In that capacity, he served as the White House Fellow for Secretary of State Colin L. Powell. In addition to his professional endeavors, Mr. Conde is the chairman and co-founder of the Futuro Program, a non-profit organization that provides role models and educational workshops to Hispanic high school students.

Mr. Conde is also the recipient of the Harvard Foundation Award, the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Foundation Award and the Cuban-American National Council Young Leader Award. He was honored as a young professional executive at the Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility inaugural Young Hispanic Corporate Achievers™ program. He was named to Hispanic Magazine’s 2007 list of “Top 25 Most Powerful Hispanics” and named by Poder Magazine in its 2008 and 2009 editions of the Black Book of PODER, featuring the most influential Hispanics in the U.S.

Mr. Conde is a graduate of Harvard University and holds his M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
