Jairo Gordillo Rojas is head of the Office of Information Systems for the National Police of Colombia. He has received numerous police distinctions and was responsible for installing Cali’s Integrated Security and Emergency System (SIES 123).

Jairo Gordillo heads the Office of Information Systems for the National Police of Colombia. He put in place Santiago de Cali’s Integrated Security and Emergency System (SIES) as well as the Individual Platform for Monitoring and Analysis (PUMA) in Bogotá for the Directorship of Criminal Investigation (DIJIN). He has received decorations from DIJIN, the city of Santiago de Cali, the National Police, has been named IT Manager of 2008 by IT Manager magazine, and made the list of top 100 managers of 2008 in Gerente magazine. Mr. Gordillo attended the General Santander Police Cadet School where he studied Police Administration and, later, Criminology. He also studied Electrical Engineering at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and is currently studying for a masters in Business Administration at Universidad de los Andes.
